Themes

At the end of January, the organisers let everyone who had registered know who had been accepted as a participant in Bricktopia World. So now we also know which themes will be on display at the MECC on 17 and 18 May 2025.

In addition to a host of current LEGO® themes, there will also be creations to admire from older LEGO® themes of which no new sets are now being released. The same applies to themes that have not been sold as sets by LEGO® itself at all but of which participants have made beautiful constructions with their own MOCs (My Own Creation).

These are themes you can see at Bricktopia World:

Dioramas

During Bricktopia World, many so-called dioramas will be presented. These are set-ups (both large and small) in which builders can use all their imagination and often create beautiful LEGO® creations that you can look at endlessly.

Dive with us on 17 and 18 May into the world of dioramas made of only LEGO® bricks and discover something new all the time in all the scenes such a layout often contains.

Besides Dutchbricks’ big community build: the Vrijthof in LEGO®, dioramas in the following themes will also be on display:

Rollercoaster (7 metres long!) | Zoo | Duplo | Fabuland | Harry Potter | Emergency Services | Pirates | Vikings

Location

This event will be held at the MECC in Maastricht. Dutchbricks has chosen to make use of the Expo Foyer + the adjacent MeccAtable. Enough space to accommodate many exhibitors and vendors.

Please note that we are only allowed to let in a maximum number of visitors at the same time. In case of large crowds, you may therefore have to wait a while until there is space again.
